ABOUT REBECCA

I am a New York state Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc), Nationally Certified Diplomat of Acupuncture, and graduate of the Classical Acupuncture Program of the Pacific College Of Oriental Medicine in NYC. I actively continue my education with Jeffrey C. Yuen, 88th generation Taoist Priest and Master of Chinese Medicine of the Jade Purity School.

To my practice I bring an approach of psycho-spiritual acupuncture. I am committed to transformation: supporting patients to heal their experience with  trauma, major life changes, and issues that remain unresolved whether from this life or a past life, from birth or an  inherited family pattern. No issue is too small or too old to effect our daily life and I adhere to the belief that all things are transformable.

It is through the rich lens of Classical Chinese Medicine that I will work with you to identify the priorities for your personal health and to deepen your awareness of all that affects it. If we view life's complications not as problems, but as gateways to growth, it is possible for anyone on any level: physical, emotional, and spiritual to achieve betterment. I am a listener and facilitator here to help you feel empowered by the truths beneath the pain. The space that I create for this work is safe and supportive. As a partner in your health care, I will explain your treatments and encourage your participation in all aspects of your personal care. Classical Chinese Medicine is a medicine that uplifts and reminds us of our own gifts.

The Logo Design is a beautifully hand rendered watercolor of the 61st Hexagram INNER TRUTH found in the I Ching, also known as the Book Of Changes, one of China's most ancient Classical texts. This text was re-interpretted as a system of cosmology and philosophy that became intrinsic to Chinese Culture.
